Booking Conditions
Please read the following booking terms and conditions carefully, as they convey the basis upon which bookings will be accepted by DINNERTANGOSHOWS.COM. The payment of the deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation on a tour shall constitute consent to all provisions listed under “Terms & Conditions” herein. To confirm your booking, you must complete, sign and return an Acknowledgement of Risk, Release of Liability and Indemnity within 14 days of receipt of your confirmation for your package (and in all cases no later than 14 days prior to departure).

Package Validity
We wish to reiterate that your contract is with DINNERTANGOSHOWS.COM, not with the individual dancer. If you wish to extend or repeat your booking, you must do so through DINNERTANGOSHOWS.COM. Any dancer found to be entering into private arrangements with our clients, risks losing further employment.
Your dancer will be at liberty to leave at the end of the contracted period, whether you have arrived on time or not. If she or he chooses to stay at the Milonga at the end of the contracted time, there would be no further obligation to dance with you or your party.
We require payment in advance but offer refund if only due to something short of an act of God prevent the tango dancer from being present or the teachers not at the studio.
If you have some sort of discomfort with your taxi dancer, you can let us know we will find you a replacement.
If we have accepted a booking from you and you fail to arrive, we will still pay the dancer to wait for you for up to an hour. We will not refund your payments for no show on your part.We reserve the rights to refuse further services to any client for any reason and to record that refusal in our database for future reference.
All prices indicated are in US dollars.
Deposits and Final Payments
Tango shows: Full payment is required for confirmation.
Tours and other activities: A 30% deposit is required to make a booking. Payments made by you will be refunded in full only if cancellation is made at least 6 weeks prior to commencement of the package. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to commencement of the package will result in forfeiture of all amount paid.
The balance of payment, where applicable, is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to departure, or in some instances earlier, when special supplier/airfare conditions apply. If the balance is paid by credit card, an additional 6% will be charged on the balance by the credit card company. Payment of the balance by direct deposit to DINNERTANGOSHOWS.COM bank account will not incur such 6% fee. We reserve the right to cancel all reservations should the deposit or balance of payment not be received by the due date. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Price Guarantee
The prices of your holiday package are guaranteed only on complete payment.
Changes/Modifications
A change or modification of your travel booking may incur additional change fees. All changes and/or modifications to a travel booking must be made in writing. Changes or modifications will incur a non-refundable fee of $50 per change/modification. A change or modification to a booking may also incur cancellation fees from our suppliers. If a reissue of travel documents (including airline tickets) is required after the original travel documents have been issued, a non-refundable fee of international booking will be charged, in addition to any charges, courier fees and/or change or modification fees levied by our suppliers such as airlines, hotels or ground operators.
Pre-Departure Passport & Contact
It is essential that you advise DINNERTANGOSHOWS.COM of the passport details of all passengers traveling and the telephone number or address where each passenger or the group leader can be reached prior to departure from your home country.
Cancellations and Refunds
Fees will be charged if you cancel or terminate your booking. Fees include the non-refundable deposit plus all fees levied by suppliers such as hotels, airlines and ground operators, up to 100% of the holiday package price. The non-issuance of an invoice or the non-payment of a deposit will not exempt passengers from these cancellation and administrative penalties. Reinstated bookings will be considered as new bookings; therefore normal fees and charges will apply accordingly. There will be no refund after travel has commenced or for any unused portion of your holiday, such as accommodations, transfers, meals or tours.
DINNER TANGO & SHOWS :
In the unlikely event DINNERTANGOSHOWS.COM cannot render the services your contracted from us, your payment will be fully refunded. However, if you must cancel or modify the ticket after arrangements have been confirmed, the following terms and conditions apply:
You can cancel any show date up to 24 business hours prior to the event for a service fee of $20 per ticket that will be deducted from the refund.
You can change the date up to 24 business hours prior to the show at no penalty. The new date selected is subject to availability.
All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing to INFO@ DINNERTANGOSHOWS.COM within business hours. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm.
TRANSFERS
Late Cancellation and No Show Policy
Late cancellation fees are applicable to all reservations if changed or cancelled within the minimum stated time and prior to the scheduled pick up time.
Also a if you fail to appear a no show fee equal to the reservation rate plus gratuity, STC, airport parking fee, fuel surcharge, tolls, parking and other charges will be charged if the passenger does not arrive, as scheduled, at the designated customer/chauffeur meeting location for all reservations.
In order to avoid a late cancellation or no show fee, the reservation must be cancelled in accordance with DINNER TANGO SHOWS cancellation policy. Speak to DINNER TANGO SHOWS for more information.
In case you face difficulty locating the chauffeur, we suggest you call the telephone number listed on the email confirmation. Failing to do so may will result in a no-show charge.
Garage-to-Garage
This means charges are calculated based upon the applicable hourly rate commencing from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin service and continues through such time the chauffeur concludes service and returns to the garage. The minimum number of billable hours appears in the estimate, however does not always reflect the exact number of billable hours.
Wait Time – Airport Transfers/ Non-Airport Transfers
We wish to inform you that all airport transfers allow for reasonable wait time due to flight and baggage delays. If the customer requests additional wait time at either the pickup or destination location, it will be added to the transfer rate, which will be the hourly rate of the vehicle prorated at fifteen minute intervals.
However, Customers are permitted ten minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. Wait time beyond the ten minutes will incur the transfer base charge plus the hourly charge prorated in fifteen minute intervals.
Surface Transportation Charge (STC)
The STC is a surcharge based on overhead expense items and calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.
Fuel Surcharge
Fuel Surcharge is calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate.
Rate
Rate includes the driver fee, service provider fee and concierge fee. Concierge fee can be up to 100 percentage of the rate.
Rate Estimate
Rates prior to service are only an initial estimate of the cost of services reserved. Rates may vary according to the Wait time or additional services.
Child Safety Seats
DINNER TANGO SHOWS may charge fee for the use of baby seat or booster seat. HOWEVER, IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL THE CHILD SAFETY OR BOOSTER SEATS. THE DECISION TO RIDE BY USE OF THE DINNER TANGO SHOWSSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER DINNER TANGO SHOWS, ITS AFFILIATES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE QUALITY, SAFETY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY OR TIMELINESS OF ANY RIDE OR TRIPS YOU MAY TAKE OR TRANSPORTATION YOU MAY USE, AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY THEREFORE.
Lost or Misplaced Items
DINNER TANGO SHOWS assumes no responsibility for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other items left in any vehicle.
Passport, Visas and Health
All international passengers require a passport, and it is the responsibility of each passenger to have a passport and appropriate visas valid for the entire duration of their trip. Passengers should check with the Argentine embassy or consulate for any entry or exit visa requirements.
Accommodation
The hotels/resorts listed on our website and in our brochure are selected by DINNERTANGOSHOWS.COM and are based on current hotel information and guides. This information is subject to change without notification. Hotel room photographs may not be specific to the actual room type featured in the itinerary. Specific bedding configurations cannot be guaranteed. Persons traveling alone are required by hotels to pay the single room rate. If, for any reason, DINNERTANGOSHOWS.COM is unable to provide accommodation as booked and confirmed, alternative hotels may be arranged and passengers will be informed accordingly.
Travel Insurance
It is vital to book your travel insurance at the time of booking your trip, as it will cover for pre-departure cancellation from the policy issue date. Hence the insurance cover comes as handy when you have to cancel the trip due to insurance cover reasons such as illness or serious accident.
We strongly recommend you getting insured, protecting against unforeseen circumstances that could otherwise spoil your travels.

Medical expenses and repatriation in the event of accident or illness.
Personal belongings
Delay in flight departure at any point during the journey.
Personal liability
Overseas legal expenses
Cancellation.
