All the tours are IN PRIVATE. We can not arrange shared tours.
Prices include transportation in a modern, comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle, driver and professional tour guide.
Tour guides are licensed, knowledgeable and experienced guides.

HOW TO BOOK
You can create your personalized day-to-day itinerary by filling out the corresponding forms on our website, in order we can get all the necessary information.
Once we have received the forms, we will get back to you with all the details of the services you have reserved and will request you to make payment to confirm your booking.
You can also write us and we will prepare a customized itinerary for you.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payments are processed through PayPal.
Please note: PayPal allows to pay by credit/debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX) or through bank account transfer. You can also use your PayPal account balance.

BOOKING IN ADVANCE
To ensure availability we recommend making a reservation in advance, according to the following schedule:
– High touristy season (December – March): 1 month in advance.
– Low touristy season (April – November): 1 week in advance.

WHO WILL BE YOUR TOUR GUIDE?
After we have received your booking request, we will check our staff availability and will inform you the name of your tour guide. Quality of service and tour itinerary will be the same with any of our expert guides. Jewish tours are conducted exclusively by Jewish guides.

RECOMMENDED TOURS
If it is your first time in BA, taking a city tour and going to a tango show is a must. For the remaining days we recommend the Tigre Tour to see the Delta of the Paraná river, the Gaucho Tour to see the countryside or the trip to Colonia del Sacramento (Uruguay). Those are the “best seller” tours in Buenos Aires. The Jewish Buenos Aires tour is a very interesting thematic tour to learn about the Jewish community in BA.

CUSTOMIZED TOURS
You can combine any half day tours as you like to do a full day tour (i.e. City Tour + Jewish Tour, City Tour + Tigre Tour, etc.). Should you not find a tour that suits you, we will gladly tailor one according to your preferences.

LANGUAGES
All our tours are conducted in English, but we can provide you with a tour guide speaking almost any language. If you want a language other than English please let us know during the booking procedure.

PICK-UP TIME & PLACE
Your personal tour guide will pick you up at the agreed time and place.
Hotels: at the lobby.
Apartments: downstairs.
Cruise Ships: at the arrivals hall, holding a sign where it will be written your name.

AIRPORT TRANSFER
From the Airport
Your personal driver will wait for you at the arrivals hall holding a sign where it will be written your name. No matter your flight arrives earlier or it is delayed, the driver will be there at the same time your flight lands (we will track your flight number on the Internet). After meeting you, he will help you with your luggage and take you to your hotel.

To the Airport
Your personal driver will pick you up at the agreed time and place to take you to the airport.
Recommended pick up times are:
International Airport – 3 hours before flight departure
Domestic Airport – 2 hours before flight departure
